Here are the wonderful ladies from our group that attended the Stylin Against Breast Cancer event on April 24 in the Quad Cities. As you can see they were happily knitting as they passed out numerous prostheses! What a grand group! We also continue to meet every Wednesday at UnityPoint Trinity Moline Cafe from 1:15 to 3:15.

Just ran into these ladies knitting away in the cafeteria of Trinity on Wed. I'd never heard of knitted knockers or bosom buddies before, but what a great idea!! I've printed off the instructions and hope to make a few of these to give away. Also some of the ladies in my fiber guild may want to make some after they see the ones I knit... I think seeing is believing... They'll love 'em! Leave a Reply. |
